• The bioaccessibility of four neonicotinoids ranged from 63.32% to 87.57%. • Imidacloprid was the most frequently detected pesticide and exhibited the highest exceedance rates. • The bioaccessibility dependence of dietary risks were reduced by 12.79%-42.44%. • The dietary exposure risks of children or infants should be addressed.
