Abstract

Abstract

En 中文
• This study designs drugs targeting evolutionarily conserved regions of viral proteins, which can overcome the disadvantage that drugs screened by traditional methods are susceptible to viral protein mutations. • Drugs designed by targeting evolutionarily conserved domains of viral proteins shared by different strains and subgroups have broad-spectrum antiviral effects. • It provides a feasible method for screening broad-spectrum antiviral drugs.
