Abstract
En 中文
• Psychrotrophic yeasts provide broad-spectrum biocontrol in cold-stored table grapes. • A. pullulans strains are effective under single pathogen postharvest conditions. • M. pulcherrima strains performs best under pathogen co-occurrence and natural decay. • Yeast biocontrol efficacy is maintained under low and high pathogen pressure. • Grapevine extracts enhance yeast biocontrol in a strain -and context- dependent way.
