Abstract

Abstract

En 中文
• A biodegradable “dual barrier-absorption” bilayer film was designed for walnut kernel preservation. • Nano-ZnO and PAC enhanced UV blocking and volatile compound adsorption. • Citric acid improved mechanical strength and interlayer crosslinking. • The bilayer film significantly delayed lipid oxidation versus PE packaging in accelerated storage tests.
