• A collaborative vibration absorption method is proposed for robotic machining. • Vibration convergence regions are predicted to optimize absorber placement. • A deployment robot adjusts absorber position and stiffness in real time. • Experiments show vibration amplitude reduced by up to 25.58% and 43.82%.
