• Obtaining the lipidomics fingerprints of Longjing green tea by UHPLC-HR-AM/MS/MS. • Longjing tea contains high phospholipid and unsaturated fatty acid. • High-grade Longjing tea shows low ratios of n-6/n-3 fatty acids, high ratios of PUFA/SFA. • PC and TG isomer pairs serve as key lipid biomarkers for grading Longjing green tea.
