• Synthesis of a focused pyrrolo and pyrido quinazolinone natural products (QNPs)-templated library of 70 new compounds (experimental details along with structural characterization data is provided) via novel in-house chemistry. • QNPs structure-based library was screened against pathogenic fungi and parasitic helminths to identify the active leads (material and methods have been provided). • Three compounds have been identified as potent inhibitors of C. auris- adhesion, and two compounds (13 k, 14 h) were identified as active anthelmintic agents. That would serve as leads for further optimizations.
