Abstract

Abstract

En 中文
• Albumin-based nanoparticles containing daunorubicin were prepared using the desolvation method • The parameters of the desolvation process were optimized, and a standardized protocol was developed for the use of daunorubicin-containing BSA nanoparticles, enabling their use in future anti-cancer researc • The cytotoxic effects of the prepared nanoparticles were tested on four different cancer cell lines • In vivo toxicity revealed that the daunorubicin containing BSA nanoparticles exhibited reduced toxicity compared with free daunorubicin
