Abstract
En 中文
• A Novel G-quadruplex (G4)-specific peptide, LP7, was identified using mRNA-display screening. • Basic and aromatic amino acid residues in LP7 contribute to G4 binding. • Dimerization of LP7 resulted in a 70-fold increase in binding affinity to hTERC G4 RNA (rG4), achieving a Kd of 7 nM. • LP7 was shown to inhibit reverse transcription in a G4-dependent manner.
