Abstract

Abstract

En 中文
• Patulin degradation efficiency reached 99 % in model system after CAP treatment. • A kinetic approach of patulin decomposition in various CAP intensities was proposed. • Patulin ring lactone breakdown products were detected after CAP treatment. • Patulin was degraded up to 50 % in apple juices after CAP treatment. • CAP treated apple juices quality remained almost unchanged.
