Exercise-driven microbiome changes regulate host immunity
DOI:10.1016/j.it.2026.08.001.png)
Abstract
En 中文
Exercise induces compositional and functional microbiome remodeling. Microbial metabolites can translate exercise cues into immune regulation. Exercise-primed microbiota modulate CD8 T cells, experimental autoimmune encephalomyelitis, and metabolism. Defining causal pathways may enable microbiome-informed therapies.
