Abstract
En 中文
• Cyberlindnera fabianii survived 45 °C heat shock better than S. cerevisiae. • High glucose maintained culturability and mitochondrial polarization at 45 °C. • Low glucose repressed central carbon metabolism under heat stress. • High glucose attenuated mitochondrial quality-control responses to heat. • Xylose or glycerol co-feeding supported heat-stress culturability.
