Abstract

Abstract

En 中文
• The suitability of a Tenebrio molitor oil for food has been assessed. • Carbon capture and utilisation approaches (scCO2) were promoted at a pilot level. • The protocol afforded more than 80 % defatting at bench- and pilot scale. • Freshness and nutritional indicators were determined. • Environmental and social aspects were evaluated in a Life-cycle assessment (LCA).
