• QRIS participation may help support ECE site leaders’ confidence, well-being, and leadership capacity across diverse settings. • Home-based FCC and FFN providers show notable shifts in confidence following QRIS participation. • ECE site leaders reported reduced stress in the context of QRIS participation. • Site leaders described QRIS participation as strengthening workplace relationships and professional networks. • QRIS may serve as a promising mechanism for supporting both program quality and ECE leader well-being.
