Abstract

Abstract

En 中文
• This study developed an NC-reinforced SA hydrogel coating for color preservation in algae such as UP. • NC improves the mechanical, barrier, UV‑shielding, and thermal stability performance of the film. • The composite coating helps preserve Chl in UP and SJ upon thermal and acid exposure and reduces color deterioration. • The eco‑friendly and biodegradable coating exhibits promising potential for clean‑label food packaging.
