Abstract

Abstract

En 中文
This patent demonstrates a series of macrocycle-based compounds that antagonize stimulator of interferon genes (STING), a key role in the innate immune response implicated in autoimmune diseases. These compounds, along with their pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof, are intended for the treatment of autoimmune related diseases driven by STING-mediated pathways.
