Abstract

Abstract

En 中文
• Tissue-specific expression and protein subcellular localizations of legume NF-Y transcription factors are summarized. • The functions and of mechanisms of NF-Y transcription factors in regulating flowering time, nutrient, symbiosis, seed development, and responses to biotic and abiotic stresses in legumes are highlighted. • The phylogenetic relationships of legume NF-Y transcription factors are analyzed. • The potential applications of NF-Y transcription factors, along with AI-assisted research on NF-Y in legumes, are discussed.
