Abstract

Abstract

En 中文
• High schoolers’ interest increased during a guided museum tour on evolution. • The tour evoked a distinct, average profile of perceived situation characteristics. • Perceiving the tour as intellectually challenging, effortful, pleasant, and social was linked to higher interest. • State interest better predicted changes in situation perception than vice versa.
