Despite organizations' inclination to integrate artificial intelligence (AI)-enabled human resource management (HRM) to ensure ongoing organizational learning, our understanding of this approach remains limited. Therefore, the study uses a triangulated approach to conduct a systematic assessment of literature to comprehend the transformation of human-centric HRM to AI-enabled HRM and its impact on organizational learning. The data was collected from the Scopus database between the years 2000 and 2025, yielding 93 articles. The findings revealed that there is a steep increase in research on AI-facilitated HRM, but the research was conducted by scholars from only a few countries, creating an invisible barrier between technologically advanced nations and their counterparts. Most articles avoided linking themselves to management theories, indicating the need to amend existing theories for the AI era. Minimal efforts were made to address ethical concerns and challenges associated with AI. The phenomenon of AI-facilitated HRM transforming organizational learning remained in constant flux over the years. This study tries to minimize the ambiguities associated with the concept by discussing the conceptual and intellectual structure of the phenomenon. It disintegrates the research area into prominent emerging themes, motivating scholars and practitioners to explore the untapped potential of AI for transforming organizational learning.
