Research Directions

很多具有治疗精神疾病潜能的药物作用于单胺系统,但其临床应用由于其精神刺激作用和滥用风险而受到限制。通过对靶标单胺系统的精神药物进行系统研究,一方面期望发现精神药物起治疗作用的神经生物学机制,为开发副作用毒性更低的替代药物提供依据另一方面解析单胺系统如何控制动物学习和决策从而控制动物行为建立单胺物质控制行为的理论模型
