任职于合肥工业大学管理学院。2011.09-2015.06在合肥工业大学管理学院获管理科学与工程专业博士学位，期间2013.09-2014.09在美国匹兹堡大学商学院联合培养。2008.09-2011.06获信息管理与信息系统专业硕士学位，2004.09-2008.06获劳动与社会保障专业学士学位。主讲《人力资源管理》《商业伦理学》《企业模拟经营与决策》等课程。2019年获安徽省科技进步一等奖。
