个人简介

Professor Donghua Zhou is a leading expert in intelligent operations and maintenance. He received his Ph.D. from Shanghai Jiao Tong University in 1990. His research primarily focuses on strong tracking filtering, fault diagnosis and fault-tolerant control, and operational safety assessment theory, which has significantly advanced the development of high-speed trains. His key academic contributions include formulating the theory of strong tracking filtering, discovering the spatial structure and geometric properties of projection to latent structures models, solving the analytical solution for remaining useful life estimation, proposing real-time intermittent fault detection methods, and systematic fault-tolerant control schemes for stochastic fully actuated systems. Prof. Zhou is a Fellow of IEEE, IET, CAA, and AAIA. He received the CAA Science and Technology Achievement Award and was appointed Special Consultant of the Chinese Academy of Sciences in 2024.
