"蒋盛, 华南理工大学微电子学院副教授，博士生导师。长期致力于集成电路新型自旋电子器件与微电子制造工艺研究。特别是自旋纳米振荡器(STNOs)和磁随机存储器（MRAM）的物理机制及其在磁子学、微波通讯和人工智能等方面的应用研究。在国际权威杂志发表高水平SCI论文30余篇。第一作者论文包括Nature Communications, Applied Physics Reviews, Nano Letters，Nanoscale，Physical Review Applied等。作为项目负责人主持国家自然科学面上项目和青年基金项目，以及其他省部级项目多项。担任全国磁性材料与器件专家委员会委员，第五、六届电子与通讯技术国际会议技术委员会委员，广东省科技厅项目评审和验收专家，Nature Communications, Nanoscale, IEEE Electron Device Letters和Applied Physics Letters等国际高水平杂志审稿人.\nJiang Sheng, an Associate Professor and Doctoral Supervisor at the School of Microelectronics, South China University of Technology, has long been dedicated to research on novel spintronic devices and microelectronic manufacturing processes for integrated circuits. His work particularly focuses on the physical mechanisms of spin-torque nano-oscillators (STNOs) and magnetic random-access memory (MRAM), as well as their applications in magnonics, microwave communication, and artificial intelligence. He has published over 30 high-impact SCI papers in internationally renowned journals, with first-author publications appearing in Nature Communications, Applied Physics Reviews, Nano Letters, Nanoscale, Physical Review Applied, and other leading journals. As the principal investigator, he has led several national and provincial-level research projects, including the National Natural Science Foundation General Program and Youth Fund Project. He also serves as a committee member of the National Magnetic Materials and Devices Expert Committee, a technical committee member of the 5th and 6 International Conferences on Electronics and Communication Technologies, and an expert reviewer for project evaluation and acceptance under the Guangdong Department of Science and Technology.
